Describing life as it is...

That is the best blog message yet...we should try to describe life as it is. Would you ever believe me if I actually did ...haha!

The comment about "bags of stuff to the Thrift Store" caught my eye. Yesterday I took the plunge and went into my clothes closet and tore it apart and had clothes flying all over the room with hangers going one way and pants going the other. It was time..long overdue actually. I could not move any of the apparel hanging in the closet as it was too packed and the hangers just would not move anymore. And since I have lost weight this past year, most of the clothes were no longer fitting well. I was tieing up pants at my waist with rope to keep them from falling down for heaven sake  (real classy eh?). And I did not need the work clothes I had still - suits and dress blouses and blazers. I tried on all the pants but with most of the blouses and tops I just took a good look at them and decided which pile they went into. Two bags went yesterday to the Diabetic Society Clothes Bin at the end of the street and I have another two bags set to go the same route (No Thrift Stores close by here) That was the first go at it but I am sure there are more that can be removed before I am done. Feels good 👍

A new store opened last week - the building has been in the renovation stage for well over a year. Almaguin Health and Wellness. I went to the web site to see what it was all about ( try yourself by logging on to that name and see what they are offering - amazing)  Many professionals on staff and I read all of their credentials on line and what services they offer. Now here is the rub... would I ever go to a place like that? Pati, you and Dave go, and Cathy, I am not sure about you but I suspect you might as well. The prices seem fair to what I am aware of around the area, but of course, I would not have that $$$ right now. But maybe some would be covered by benefits?

Food for thought.

Now to bed.. cannot ever sleep but maybe one night I might. Take care and be safe as Pati reminds us...😂
